It would take some time and eventually they would understand their assigned master's proclivities. For now, they were going with what they knew. Meili and Wen Ning's manor was different in that they weren't going to be present all the time and would bring some of their own staff with them whenever they came, Zhelan and the other maids now considered separate of the palace since they were dowry maids.
Meili chuckled. "I'd be happy to," she said as she set up the board for them. "I will remember that," she added with a teasing smile, before beginning to review the rules.
